Meet Andrew

Andrew Fultz

Andrew has lived in Berkeley County, WV his entire life. He graduated from Musselman High School in 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Shepherd University in 2011, the same year he married his wife, Amanda. In 2013 he followed in the family footsteps and went into real estate.

He graduated from The Cooke Real Estate School in St. Petersburg, FL, and brings years of hands-on experience from construction, paint, home decor, marketing, advertising and customer service. That background is why his showings feel more like a home inspection walkthrough than a sales pitch.

Andrew is a Director and Vice Chair of the Forms Committee with the local real estate board (EPBR). He is a graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), GREEN certified, a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and a RamseyTrusted Endorsed Local Provider (ELP).
